1. Banner Requirements

As part of the corporate membership, all members are required to provide a printed banner. The following specifications must be met:

  • The banner must be printed on coroplast with dimensions of 7 ft by 4 ft.

  • Grommets should be included on the borders of the banner for fastening purposes.

  • To ensure uniformity, all banners must follow consistent dimensions and design.

2. Private Event Restrictions

The WRC Sponsor & Event Program and WRC Corporate Membership each include an annual private event. Please note the following:

  • Each program has a maximum limit on the number of attendees for private events.

  • Blackout dates apply.

  • To schedule your private event, please contact the WRC events team at events@mywrc.ca at least 4 weeks prior to your desired event date.

3. Court Booking Limitations

Corporate memberships are limited to a maximum of 2 court bookings per day.

  • Court bookings must be made through your corporate account or via the WRC front desk.

4. Café Space and Court Rental

The membership includes up to 3 hours of café space and court rental for private events.

  • Additional time beyond the 3 hours will incur additional charges.

  • Food and beverages are not included as part of the private event package and will be charged separately.
