Friday Night Pickleball!
Join in with the on court play & off court après at the WRC’s Friday Night Pickleball round-robin mixer! A great opportunity to meet + mix with other players within the Whistler pickleball community! WRC coaches will participate in the mixer, giving you the chance to play with and against a coach, while they ensure courts are divided by different levels, guaranteeing an enjoyable experience for all!
One free drink token included in every registration! Socialize with your new pickleball buddies after 2 hours of play + enjoy the WRC’s fireside lounge. Please note, your drink token cannot be deferred to a different day or time, it can only be redeemed this mixer.
When: Every Friday
Time : 5-7pm
Level: 2.0-4.0
Pricing : $30 for WRC members, $42.50 for non-members
Please note this program is not for you (yet) if you are a beginner as you must have a clear understanding the fundamentals of pickleball & have some playing experience in order to participate.
New to pickleball? we would recommend our fun, coach led Learn to Play clinics which take place every Friday at 6-8pm.
Pickled Sunday
Mix & match and meet & compete on our favourite day of the week! Join us every Sunday for the ‘Pickled Sunday’ round-robin mixer! The WRC coach running the mixer will ensure courts are divided by different levels, guaranteeing an enjoyable experience for all!
When: Every Sunday
Time slots: 11am-1pm
Level: 2.0-4.0
Pricing : $30 for WRC members, $42.50 for non-members
Please note this program is not for you (yet) if you are a beginner. You must understand the fundamentals of pickleball & have some playing experience in order to participate in this program.
Wondering what level you are?
Follow our guide below or book a private lesson with one of the WRC coaches for a level assessment!
Beginner: You are a pickleball novice with no playing experience & little understanding of the rules. We highly recommend our ‘Pickleball 101’ 4 week courses to get you up to speed with the fundamentals of pickleball!
Blue: Players have completed intro clinics and know the rules and how to score but are less experienced and looking for a more supportive environment (2.0 - 3.0 rating)
Red: Players are at a solid intermediate level with a lot of matchplay & some tournament experience (3.0 - 3.5 rating)
Black: Players are at a strong intermediate to advanced level with a lot of tournament and competitive league matchplay experience (3.5 - 4.0 rating)
Double Black: Players are at an advanced level and regularly compete in tournaments / leagues at 4.0 level or higher.
