IMPORTANT
To participate in the WRC Pickleball League you must complete two quick steps. Once these are done, you will not need to repeat them for future leagues. Both steps are completely free; a paid DUPR subscription is not required.
Step 1: Create a free DUPR account (if you do not already have one). Once created you will receive a DUPR ID which you can record above.

Step 2: Join the WRC DUPR Club so that league matches are correctly linked to your rating. Open the link below and, once the page loads, click “Join Club”.

Thank you for participating in WRC Pickleball League Nights. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules and regulations governing league play.
DUPR Ratings
DUPR ratings are calculated and managed entirely by DUPR. The Whistler Racket Club does not control how ratings move up or down, nor can we influence how matches impact individual ratings.
Group Assignments & Group Sizes
Group assignments and group sizes are determined solely by the club. These decisions are made by staff who are present on the evening of league play, based on attendance and operational needs. Participants do not choose groups, request changes, or adjust group sizes during league nights. Because groups are finalized once registration closes and attendance is confirmed, group assignments cannot be provided in advance of league night.
Cancellations
Participants may cancel their registration more than 24 hours before the start of league play, in accordance with the club's cancellation policy. Players are encouraged to cancel if they have concerns about level or suitability. Once registered and within the cancellation window, participation is expected.
Communication & On-Site Conduct
Players are expected to participate without raising concerns to staff regarding group size, group placement, or rating implications on the night of play. Requests to alter groupings during league nights will not be accommodated. For accurate information, members may email the front desk; however, last-minute inquiries may not receive a response before league play begins.
Scores & Match Submissions
All matches played during Pickleball League Nights will have scores submitted to DUPR. There is no option to opt out of score submission. Players who are not comfortable with this format are asked not to register, as waitlists are consistently full.
Participation Expectations
Any player who registers for league play, attends, and then chooses not to participate or threatens not to play due to rating or group concerns will not be permitted to register for future Pickleball League Nights.
These rules are in effect for all WRC DUPR Pickleball League Nights and may be updated at the club's discretion.
